It was a mistake to custom order. The chair is too narrow...
It looks great! I have not talked to the caregiver as too how well it functions.
It seems too small for his comfort.

An 89 year old, 6 foot tall, approx. 175 lb man with dementia. He is still partially mobile with walker.
Excellent quality
Light and narrow.
Wheels and tires need to be at least 2inches wide for pushing the wheelchair through semi-packed loose gravel and dirt. Needs low rear steps for raising the front wheels over curbs.

66 year old male with a spinal cord injury.
Great wheelchair. Easy to transport and operate.
The ease of taking it apart and putting it in my car.
The brakes are very flimsy. They don't work if you are in the chair. I only weigh 142 pounds and if I sit in the chair with the brakes on, it will still move. Could be dangerous on a hill. I was at the gym and had put the brakes on. I stood up to dismantle it. I through my gym bag in the seat as I looked for my car keys. The weight of the gym bag sent the wheel chair into the street. Luckily the car driving towards it stopped in time for me to hobble out and get the chair. I would think there would be safety standards as far as the brakes are concerned. Otherwise it is a lightweight, easy to transport and comfortable chair.

That it can be customized
Unless you are clear on what you are getting and no errors are made by you or adviser, a person is better off with a more standard chair. There just too many adjustment that have to be made.

The chair arrived without two expected components discussed...
Weight
Key features were not added to order and now I have to pay double the cost to receive them.

I'm the user in my 40's and have Multiple Sclerosis.
Doesn't fit and has features inferior to less expensive...
Attractive paint job and better wheel bearings. The push grips are very nice also. Fenders are well positioned.
No adjustment for body size, tire design needs work, arm rests make car transfers difficult as they swing out, rather than up. brake adjustment needs more precision, difficult to position accurately.

Total weight too heavy
Ease of wheels being removed
Having to remove the wheels before folding the chair to reduce the weight enough for me to put the chair in our van. I am 75 and being sole caregiver of my husband. 43lb is too heavy for me to lift and put into the van without risking injuring my back. At no time was I told that the total weight would be 43lb. We travel to and from from Australia each year and so planned to take the chair with us, my husband having difficulties walking after long flights. For the flight, the chair will be in a carry bag which means I will need to carry the full 43lb. I expect to try to sell the chair once in Australia.

Be aware that though the frame may only weigh 19lb, the total chair weighs 43lb. I would not have bought it if I had known that.
Recommend for transport ease. Use with caution - you need...
Strengths - removable tires - light weight frame.
Get rid of the 4" front wheels. They do not turn easily, and are completely stopped by the floor dividers between changes in flooring. Outside, any crack with a change of elevation in the pavement means you have to turn around and back over it. I have had 5 1/2 " wheels before with no problems. The small wheels are difficult to turn on carpet.

82 yrs. Severe arthritis in hips and knees, less problems in back and everywhere else. I live alone and need to be mobile.
When the right one finally came, it was fine
The custom wheelchair consultant was a god-send, patiently spending all the time with me. I needed to pick the right options and following up with all the company-produced snafus. After a couple tries, the production company got the right options on it.
The final product is fine, the process of actually getting the right chair was pretty much a nightmare - the fact that the customer service chat was never available but the sales chat was always instantly available says a lot about the company's priorities.
