you project 15 miles on a charge. I get at best 5miles on a charge. I am working on a solution with a rep. So far no solution. I think the scooter is a complete LEMON.

I have a bad knee and it's very hard to walk long distances
Try it out before youu buy it
I like the speed of the machine and the control handles
Not large enough or long enough for a 6ft man; cup holder didn't last three days; it is in the trash now and the cane/crutch holder is not much better
