It can maneuver on grass and gravel where others can’t.  Nice seat. Adjustable tiller is also nice.

Armrests adjustment is hard to get at with a wrench! The height adjustment to raise arm rests always loosens up!

I never have to plan my day wondering if I'll have enough range to make it all day. Quite often, with my travel scooter, I would have to leave the parks early, even with new batteries. Also, I don't have to worry about making tight turns. I love the speed of the ZT10. The USB charger is great for keeping my phone or other accessories charged. The easily adjustable tiller is a feature I wasn't sure I would use much, but I use it much more than I ever dreamed. It's so convenient. The overall look of the ZT10 is great! Numerous friends, family, other ECV users, and theme park employees have complimented the look, features, and turning ability. "That scooter looks like a sports car". "That's the Cadillac of scooters." " I'm going to get one of those!"

Having used the ZT10 several times, the weaknesses are few. The lower of the "3 speed" selector could be slightly higher to keep up with crowds, but still maintain maximum control. There is no backup warning sound when reversing. I turn on the 4 way flashers, but the sound would get people's attention who are somewhat oblivious to what's around them. I did add a small, magnetic, rechargeable backup camera. I looked at mirrors, but was unable to find any that I felt wouldn't detract from the look of the ZT10. Yes, the ZT10 is heavy, but I expected and planned for that, changing to a larger carrier with a ramp. I'll take trade off for the features any day. My only concern is I've read the "electronics are under the scooter and avoid going through water". So far, I've avoided all puddles, but in Central Florida, it's inevitable that sooner or later this will happen. I'm still thinking on a solution for this "problem".

Swivel seat makes it easy to transfer from my wheelchair. Goes far on a single charge.

As of yet I haven't found anything to complain about.

It has a very long battery life, we only had to charge it once during our weeks vacation.

It is very heavy and takes about 10 minutes to take apart and another 10 minutes to put together. We have a Ford Edge and it takes up half of the trunk compartment with the second row (back) seats down, so you have to keep that in mind when you need to transport it.

The fact that it turns in so little space is superior. It is beautiful, easy to use, has great features, the price on Spin Life is great. I couldn't be more pleased!
