Seat raises straight up.

Weaknesses:

Seat doesn't swivel to allow better reach to cabinet top, footrest too large.

I am the user. 85 yr. old. Jazzy looked good online but I am VERY disappointed in it. Seat should swivel like Go-Go scooter does. Should return !
