very easy to get around in, easy to maneuver
ease of use, front wheel steering with rear wheel drive, comfortable and yet compact, easily transportable
may require better seat and back cushioning, could use a louder horn signal

The joystick is a little touchy and moves forward too fast...
It is very comfortable to sit in. It seems to be good quality material. ifelt at ease right away. i found that I had to use a light touch when moving or it was too fast to control. I have arthritis in my hands but the joystick was easy to use. The batteries are a little hard to handle so it's lucky I have a husband to do it. I like the feature where you can turn it into a push wheel chair in case I'm incapacitated. One relative told me it was much easier to use than others he's tried, to drive and manuever.
The batteries are too heavy for me to handle but lucky I have a husband to help me. It cannot be moved if it's stopped but the turn off to push wheelchair is a big help. It's too heavy to get out of the house without a ramp as we have stairs at both doors. I wish this product was available in Canada as I had trouble with customs at the border. They kept it for 10 days until I sent them 3 pieces of ID. I know there is a DRIVE Pollywog, at Shoppers' Home Health Care, but no Cirrus, but it's self propelling. I wish there was a key START as it's too easy for kids or others to start it if it isn't watched carefully. I would not want to leave it anywhere there's a crowd , to sit at a table when we're eating out, as it's too easy to just get on it and ride away. We'll need to put a lock on it.

Walking (even with a walker) is tough beyond a short distance.
High quality chair!
The easy way to maneuver the chair.
The heaviness.

My sister is the one using it. She has been disabled since she was a little girl. She is now in her 30's. Her old wheelchair wore out and no longer
Mom loves the chair.
Joy stick is easy to use with alittle practice. The back comes off which makes it fit in the back of a Toyota Highlander buy using metal ramps. Turns is a very small space.
Because of the left side deficit my mother has gotten too close to items on her left side. She has also backed into the wall not knowning the wheels and roll bars stick out beyond the back of the chair. As a result the clips on the roll bars that keep them in place have broken off. The plastic supports in the wholes of the leg plates support have also broken which made them loose. Neither of these keep the chair from being useful but I feel the pieces could have been made of better material. We also got a gel pillow for the seat. The seat is right on top of the battery.

Mother is 79 and has had a stroke on the left which was her donimate side. She is mentally alert and today is going to the zoo with the nursing home
MAINTAINABILITY PROBLEM
The chair functions very well.
Where the chair falls down is the expense of replacing the cheap PLASTIC ELECTRICAL CONNECTIONS. Drive Medical does not offer replacement connections if they break. You either have to buy a new motor or new controller at a cost in the hundreds of dollars for a $2dollar part. It seems rediculous.I had to buy 2nd chair- it was cheaper than replacing both the motor and controller since Drive Medical does not sell replacement plastic plugs.

A great little chair. Quite a value .
Well designed with enough power and range for an active individual . Easy to manage both as a user and an assistant.
The foot rest assembly is too easily bent so care must be given. Be sure to keep the foot rests high enough to make good ground clearance .

Fast, solid, long range, maneuverable, heavy frame
Solid, rugged, surprisingly maneuverable, very fast, very long range, charge lasts a long time, comfortable. It can negotiate small bumps well due to larger than average wheels. Very low price. Suitable for in home and outdoor use. A better choice than a scooter.
The main weakness is that it is heavy, because the frame is steel and the dual high power motors and dual high capacity batteries. The charger is compact, but the fan is noisy.
