Great value.
Manuverablity and overall size.
Seat height could be higher to make it easier to get up out of.

Compact, portable, simple to learn and use! Looks great...
It is very portable since it can be broken down into several main components for transport. Learning how to use the controls and drive the unit is very easy (this is extremely important particularly for the older population, they won't use something that intimidates them). The unit's weight capacity fits most users and it's battery life is more than sufficient to allow the unit to be used over several miles for a good part of the day without requiring a recharge. The unit is also very stable so the user immediately feels safe while riding this on the streets.
The unit's aesthetics are very pleasing. As an experienced physical therapist there are only 2 things in this unit that I felt needs tweaking: 1. Although the seat has an adjustable height it does not move back to allow the user better ease when getting in and out (patients who cannot bend their knees more than 90 degrees might have a difficult time getting in) 2. The ground clearance is a little low (the unit was used in the streets of NYC and some of the uneven sidewalks and curbside ramps proved to be challenging) I believe refitting the unit with wheels which has a wider diameter would give the unit more ground clearance without reducing it's stability.

Too heavy for the person who needs it to be able to assemble it....at least not for a woman anyway, maybe a man in my condition could do it.
