A quality construction that she likes.
Ease of use and comfortable to sit in.
This chair will not fit through her bathroom door like her old one did. Her old chair is not as wide as this one and yet they are both 16 inch widths.

Never used a w-chair before but i believe this is a good...
The wheels are excellent on wooden floors but not on carpet. I like that you don't have toworry about airing the tires up.
The removable arms are great to have but you lose the feel of stability when using the chair as a leaning post for moving from one place to another. Need to have a better locking system but maybe you will have to buy a higher price chair to get that. I wuld like to have a way for the handles (the ones used for someone else to push you) in the back to be able to collaspe, since when I am own my own i don't bump the walls with them.

89 years old, she doesn't need the chair all the time, except when walking long distances. She broke her hip 3 yrs ago and had knee replacement.
It was just what I expected to receive.
Easily removed footrests. Rolls freely.

My mother is 89 years old and has been in a wheelchair for about 4 years now. She broke her hip and hasn't walked since.
This is my third chair from you
I strip off arm-rests. The new version is the best yet, more metal and still lightweight. I like the hard rubber tires.
Chair is stronger which is good, but the tires spinout on uneven turf. I would like the footrest just a round bars or atleast more thin.
