The 4 position chair provides night time rest and daytime comfort. It's sturdy and the fabric is soft and cozy.

It's difficult to assess the cushion's comfort for each and every customer. In reading the reviews before make a purchase, I noted quite a few folks stating that the cushion was too hard. It would be great if you had available for all chair sizes a 1 to 2 inch thick foam pad offered in all chair sizes from petite to extra large. This would solve the problem for most folks.

The massage and heat works great and she really enjoys that particular feature. She also says the seat cushions are comfortable.

The control needs to be easier to use with people with limited hand use (have an attachment that can be bought seperately). Also the arms are higher than most chairs so when I have to roll her to put a sling under her she is blocked by the arms.

Great special order with extras; delivery-21 calendar days. Love Brisa fabric, soft feel. Heat and vibrator soothing. Two remotes easy to use. Lift & vibrator amazingly quiet. Infinite positions amazingly comfy. Lift as expected. Looks good. Chair arms firm enough for help standing when not using lift.

Head rest too overstuffed-pushes head forward:(3 even horizontal back cushions would be better than two.) Center back underfilled and not firm enough for good back support. Accessory arm covers fall off/too small. Extra $60 log-like pillow total waste of money; pillow is round like hard log.

Senior 66, short(4'll")and very wide, mobility challenged female, under 300#. Bought Maxi-Comfort PR505 size for needed 23" seat width.

This chair is much better than LaZboy or Berkline lift chairs ,have had both .The quality is better .Chair is very confortable for sleeping.

There are no weaknesses to mention .For in home delivery make sure carrier knows that they need to do this and not deliver with one driver and no lifting devices.I had to get help for the delivery .

Chair cushion is too hard!! Maybe you could have put a little more padding in the chair cushion.
