A very comfortable and form-fitting cushion
The design and features make it the best cushion for back and buttocks pain I have used.

I love my LTV seat. I also have a high cushion that I use at the house and this smaller one for travel. I am not in a wheel chair.
It does what the PT said it would do: reduces the pain in...
I have suffered from pain and soreness where my Sitz bones meet any horizontal surface for years. After consulting with a PT, I was advised to either get a reclining power chair ($4000+) or a Roho cushion ($99 here). I chose the latter and have been almost pain-free ever since. It is also very light and portable, though I tend to just keep it where I spend most of my sitting hours.
It is recommended that use the manual pump which is included with this product every day. I find that I can go 2 or 3 days between "refills" and it is relatively easy to accomplish regardless. Not really a weakness, just a very minor inconvenience.
