Was too big for our bath. We had to send it back.
Sturdy. Does the job.
Patient can't easily remove bucket while in the chair. Front-to-back size is quite large when the leg rests are installed. Harder to drive than my everyday wheel-chair.

Mariner Rehab Shower Commode Chair - 24" Wheels: Review
Wonderful for use in her portable shower.
The seat cushion is very uncomfortable for my mother and she cannot sit on this for any length of time as she says it is to hard and has no cushioning.

My mother is 78 yrs old and has multiple sclerosis and is confined to a wheelchair.
Chair works great for the money
Solid construction, good tires and wheels, good front casters for all surfaces, easy transfer from either side due to fly away arm rests, folds up, suprisingly stable. I am a large man, and even though my legs are too long for this chair, they still stay secure (although somewhat froglegged) and it is a pleasure to not have to transfer to a bench in the shower anymore. To those who say this chair is unstable I have to disagree. I only use it for very short distances to my roll in shower, but it supports me well and I do not feel shaky. Good chair for the money.
Seat is a bit hard, but not so bad for just showers. The feetrests do not swing away, which is a bit of a pain, but not a major one.

Mariner Rehab Shower Commode Chair - 24" Wheels: Review
Have not used long enough to know.
As for the chair- needs to have rubber plugs in the top of the tubing where the front wheels are mounted. There is a rubber insert there but it does not stop the water from going down into the tube. This will eventually cause rusty water to tun out in the shower which is difficult to clean. Plugs are used in other places where not needed, but not in this location.
