Quiet operation so far, easy to use
Quiet, ease of operation.
Foot support could be longer.

Female 84 yr. Recent hip surgery and neck injury.
My mother is very pleased and that pleases me.
"Small", not bulky as compared to other recliners, lift chairs--attractive in a house furnished primarily with fine antiques.
None noticed thus far. We've only had it a few days. It will be interesting to observe it's durability.

The chair was purchased for my elderly mom, who is medium built, and less than 5'4. The chair was very narrow, and not comfortable.

for my mother who is 75 years old. disabled and must use a walker and or wheelchair.
Gives her a comfy alternative to the wheelchair.
The smooth, solid lift mechanism, comfort of seating, lovely fabric.
Foot rest portion too short even for a woman of 5'2"--feet hang uncomfortably.

Fabulous chair; everything I hoped for!
The first thing you notice when you see this chair is that it is beautiful! Sitting in it, even before utilizing its lift and recline capabilities, you realize it is extremely comfortable. And once you have had the opportunity to fall asleep in it, and have it assist you in standing (with total ease), you will be amazed. As a whole, this chair is a tremendous value, an enormous life-saver, and a lovely piece of furniture!

My mother and she's 89. She's not happy with the chair and hasn't even used it. Its too small for her. She is about 5'10
Beautiful well made chair would fit in anyones living room
Ease of use, quality, and comfort. When the stiffness and fatigue from Parkinson's sets in this chair is a huge help in getting my Mom up or down for a nap. After her rest she can just sit up and read the paper without having to get out of bed and get to a chair.
Have not found one yet.
