Well-made and lightweight. Easy to take with you in virtually any vehicle. A good priced chair with many features.
Needs a manual brake in addition to the hand brake. Difficult to keep in position while helping user to get in the chair.

Husband with Parkinson's Disease (24 years) who is still mobile but has syncope. The chair is perfect for him and the hand brakes are perfect for me!
Absolutely perfect if it weighed even less.
Beautiful and fun to push. Easy to check in at the airport and store in the baggage racks of the Amtrak sleeper cars. Red cap services are also able to put it on their electric cart luggage trailers.
The foot rests make the chair heavier than your specifications of 19 lbs.

Folds easily; stores easily, would be much better with a wider seat.
The seat is too narrow, and the chair has a tendency to tip forward easily.
