I am an amputee and a wheelchair is very important to me. I appreciate the narrower design than other units. I also need a lightweight unit
The best light weight for the money
It is a nice light weight wheel chair, and suits my needs. It doesn't have all the rattles my old chair had.
I am not as thrilled with the hand hold on this chair, it is pretty, but not as easy as the old chair, seems a bit more slippery.

Light weight chair with many adjustable features.
Its ability to adjust low to the ground. The Hemi feature. User is only 5 ft. tall with very short legs.
The brake assemblies' aluminum parts wear out too soon. The hole becomes too large causing the whole braking evolution to be sloppy with too much play in the parts. I have three worn sets of brakes on hand to attest to this.

So far everything is OK

Very comfortable and not too heavy. Recommend that you purchase the gel wedge seat cushion. Do not order the cup holder, uncomfortable on the arm.
Difficult to adjust the height and angle.

Much better than my last chair.
This chair is customizable so that I was able to get the features I needed and wanted. I love the flat-free tires as they have enough tread to give me much needed traction. The foot rests are very lightweight. The color is a nice touch. The chair folds easily (after the first few times) and the quick release wheels enable me to travel in multiple vehicles. I like that the arm rests are completely removable.
It took me a while to get used to this chair when I got it about a month ago, but I have no problems now.

I chose the product because of its light weight. We are replacing an older, heavier aluminum frame chair. Also, the product's removable parts will make it easier to transport the end user.
None to report at the moment. Thank you.
