My husband is 71 and completely handicapped for 9 years this is so convenient love it
Easy to use enabling me to live a fuller life.
I love the fact that it folds up and fits in the back of my SUV. Also I can travel on airlines or cruise lines — chair/batteries are approved.
I wish that it could handle a little heavier terrain. I’m not so sure how it will navigate some of the cobblestone streets in other parts of the world.

I have a rare genetic disease that affects my mobility — some days worse than others.
ease of use
light weight, easy to put in the car. great for shopping and going to the movies. level of independence not having someone pushing you around in a wheelchair. We like that it incorporates a fold out footrest. Battery easy to charge in and out of the chair. Charge lasts a long time........
Haven't found any so far.

Purchased for my wife. She has been using a wheelchair for a couple of years and wanted something easier to use walking the dog and getting the mail.
Terribly underpowered. The motors growl and vibrate when...
Lightweight and easy to fold and unfold.
Better throttle control and motors.

She is 80 years old, weighs 160lbs, only needs the jazzy carbon for sightseeing and other activities that require walking long distances.
Highly recommend this chair for young people
This chair has been great for my teenage son who cannot push a manual chair. The portability of this chair has been a godsend. It folds and unfolds very easily, and fits compactly in the car trunk. It was the lightest chair (about 40 pounds) I could find with this level of performance. We can take it to school, camp, the hospital, etc. My son has regained some of his independence (as have I). The chair is sturdy and well engineered. It is narrower than some chairs which is essential for fitting through doorways. It has a good turning radius which is nice for indoor spaces. It zips along nicely, and performs fairly well in dry grass and decently on uneven surfaces. We have not had problems with it tipping or rolling. The joy stick control took some time to get used to, but works well. The battery life has been great so far. We have owned it about a month.
Although this is the lightest chair I found relative to the power I wanted, it is still plenty heavy for me (50ish reasonably fit mom) to lift. It is really awkward to load into a car truck with one person. Taking the battery out, the seat off, and unloading the carrying pouch makes it lighter, but is more of a hassle. The chair also tends to unfold itself as you are trying to wrestle it into the trunk. My son wants the chair to be more powerful on uneven surfaces (loose gravel, uneven pavement, wet grass), where it tends to lose traction. Based on my online shopping, something more "all terrain" also comes with more weight. We bought a more comfortable cushion, and I am glad we did. The standard cushion was pretty hard, and had a grippy covering that made it hard to transfer without leaving his pants behind.

The ease of my purchase. I called to order on Mon morning...

Not as stable outside as my big one was.

Difficulty in walking long distance. I live in a retirement community and want to be actively involved.
Has far surpassed our expectations in all aspects
Lightweight, easy to operate, powerful, looks nice, reasonably priced. After waiting for two months for a power wheelchair from another company, we canceled the order with them and ordered the Jazzy Carbon. Your salesman (Ish) was extremely helpful in selecting the right chair for me. The chair arrived the very next day and I've been celebrating ever since. Discovering new things I can do every day. A wonderful product !!
The footrest could be a little larger for my size 15 feet. Should work perfectly for someone with normal sized feet.

Age 80, male, unable to stand and walk. Confined to wheelchair.
Heck of a good battery
The battery, the weight, only being 42 pounds, the ability to step out of it and push it without it closing on me like the other chairs.
Too short.

Female army veteran crushed by a patient and subsequent 7 knee surgeries, and continued severe knee pain with ambulation, stairs and standing.
Love every thing but the speed.
It’s so easy to fold up and get out. Lightweight. The battery is easy to take out and charge or leave it attached and charge.
It is slow. Does not go over router terrain at all.

Good for quick trips for lighter weight people.
Battery seems to last a while before needing to be recharged.
The seat cushion is hard and extremely uncomfortable. My husband developed a sore after only one use.

My husband who weighs about 225lbs and is paralyzed on the left side bought this chair so we’d have a lightweight powerchair to travel with.
Fits in a good space.

I am bilateral below the knee amputee. Half the time I use the chair. I use it folded in my camper during the day. Then at night unfold and use.
