Truth be, I have not found any weakness to this project, I love it.

The portability is great and was able to take apart and put together myself.

Balance on this does not seem great but have not ridden it enough times to make a judgment.

It is fairly compact with in a radios for turning in the home. It’s quiet. And easy to drive

We’re still not sure what some of the parts of it are for. I have emailed your customer service and am hoping to hear from them. The part in question is a clip with a nob to tighten it that is under the chair on the post that you put the seat into? We have no idea what that is for. Also the directions on the seat adjustments is very vague.

I am a female 72 years old with severe arthritis in my joints. This scooter makes it possible for me to things with my family again.

Power. 

No springs, very large turn radius. Need to use many attempts to turn in a medium space. Don’t like this scooter at all. I’ve had two others that I loved, not so with this one. Don’t like it at all. It’s in the newspaper for sale.
