70yrs. cannot get up without help this; helps me so much
Good chair if fits the user properly.
Quality of craftsmanship and materials. The chair works as advertised. The standard seat upholstery is very good.
The head rest bends my head too far forward almost choking me. The seat cushion is too rigid and hurts the tail bone after a long duration of sitting in the chair. When it is the only place one can sit after a surgery it can certainly make ones rear area ache a lot.

I am 6'5" tall, weigh 395, and just had a hip replaced. I sleep in this chair as well as watch tv evenings. It is uncomfotable

It has been nice for my wife to use it, she is 50 and has cancer.
Makes it possible to sit without hurting all of the time.
Good looks,ease of use, comfortable
None at this time. Have had trouble with chairs not holding up over time due to my weight. Time will tell if this was worth the extra money spent to buy this particular chair. That is the only reason I have not rated this chair higher.

I am a 56 year old, heavy set female with arthritis and fibromyalgia. I use a wheelchair most of the time. Pain makes it hard to be comfortable.
Needs softer seat pading.
Strength of holding weight.
Hardness of seat.

Male retired over 400lbs problems with both legs.
Well constructed, top quality materials and components.
Quality construction and design. Top quality materials and components.
Foot rest padding needs to be thicker. Seat back needs to recline further. Full recline should not expose backs of arm rests; i.e. arm rests should go back further so as not to create a pinch point.

Mobility impared from MS.
Exceeds my expectations!
Wonderful upholstery; very strong motor and controls; and dependable.
The control cord needs to have some way to connect the controller to a lab table or some other location within reach which would lessen the strain of having to retrieve the controller each time an adjustment must be made. As I am 6 foot 4 inches tall, it would be nice if the chair could be adjusted higher from the floor which would facilitate sitting and standing.

I am 69 years old; I am 100% service connected disabled under the VA; I am unable to walk and to use my upper premises to any appreciable degree.
It fits him good
The widenest and the ability to have the chair sit higher than close to the floor. Most people want to just get up out of chair, not push themsleves out
one more level of reclining.

My brother is a big man and cannot fit in traditional recliner
The padding is too hard to sit in very long.
It operates very smoothly and lifts easily.
The seat & back padding are very indadequate to sit in the chair for more more than an hour.
