lightweight - folds up easily - brakes help with the safety of the walker - seat is useful for the user when the person needs to rest

the walkers handlebars were loose and you product consultant didn't have a suggestion as to how to fix the problem - all correct parts were present - a physical therapist fixed the handlebars so they are sturdy - this made a hugh difference in the useability of the walker
