Easy to use and take along wherever
Size, seat, storage bag, cane holder
Purchased for my husband, but I, too, use it. It's not high enough for him (on last hole) and rolls too easily for him. The brakes don't really hold as it can be rolled when brakes are on. My husband is in the hosp., so we'll make corrections when he gets home

i am so glad I have this walker because i no longer have to...
It GLIDES!
a weak person cannot manage putting it into a car and retrieving it from the car. But if it were that easy, I think it would not be as effective as it is while actually using it. It is comfortable to sit on and the back support is padded well for comfort. It is very easy to use and has allowed me to get about now whereas I had to be pretty statonary before . Thank you (and the service was excellent!)

I wish this model had a seat back and a basket
It's attractive and sturdy. I have the green model. It came within the time promised.
I wish the accompaning booklet had been a little more specific in directions to putting it together, opening the walker and closing it. I figured it out, but I was ready to call my friend who had one.

I have trouble standing for long periods of time. I tried a friend's walker and liked having the ability to sit when I wanted to.
I like it very much

The Zoom 20 is the best!
The seat is comfortable when you need to take a rest. The wheels make walking outdoors on indoors a breeze. I love the storage under the seat, which is large enough for my purse and Kindle. It is just a great product.

84 yr old male whose right leg collapses unexpectedly with no forewarning.
Sturdy and reliable.
Strong and safe. I have 3 of these and rely on them more and more everyday. I feel very safe walking with my walker and being able to lean on it when feeling exceptionally weak or being able to sit when needed. I used to walk with a regular walker but never felt I could stop fast like with this product. Brakes are strong and reliable.
None whatsoever.

I am 82 yrs old and have hard time walking due to imbalance and stents in legs
I feel very safe with this product.
This product is very stable. Brakes worked to the touch. Was very easy to assemble. I don't walk without it for safety sake. I was constantly falling because of unbalance but am much safer now.
I can not find any weaknesses in this product. Even my cat loves to ride on it wherever I go.
