Great product, but do your homework concerning your needs.
The portability and indurance of the machine are great. The batteries last a long between charges. I'm 275lb and they have been charged three time in one month of daily use.
I think that the specs on the unit need more attention. The consumer should be better informed of important features that need to be considered. I don't know if that falls on the scooter Mfg or the reseller of the product. this would have changed my decission on the product I bought.

I am very pleased with this product
Strengths, handles easily, great for outdoors as well as indoors.does inclines well I will be travelling to Europe and am looking forward to being able to visit the shrines with ease.
A little harder to turn than my three wheeler, but I think it just takes getting used to doing it.

This is my first ever scooter purchase & now that I've had it for 5 months... Excellent value for the money. Easy to assemble and disassemble, fits great in my Hyundai Sante Fe (smaller SUV). Super easy to operate. Great SpinLife customer service by phone when I did something dumb while on a trip. I can run my dog on a park track at full speed, fun for me & great exercise for him. It's pretty cool that you get extra trim pieces in blue & silver in case you scratch them or want to change color.
No real weaknesses but... It's sometimes a bit of a jarring ride because there's no real shock absorption. So take care with bumps & watch speed on rougher terrain. The 4.5 mph top speed is pretty slow but for my main purpose, neighborhood dog walking, it's not a big issue. At 275 lbs, I'm glad I chose the higher-than-needed capacity HD version because even though the scooter is sturdy, I wish it was even sturdier. To be clear, these issues are more about my personal preference than any actual weakness and I chose a TRAVEL scooter because I needed to occasionally take it somewhere easily. So that's the trade-off. Lastly, the free scooter cup holder and cover were useless. Neither fit the scooter.

Go-Go Elite Traveller Plus HD 4-Wheel: Review
Very lightweight - easy to assemble - is very sturdy for being so lightweight. The cushion is also very comfortable.
The horn is terrible - needs to be a different sound and louder - would like an option to have a beeper sound when backing up. Also, the cane/rear basket option is clunky - would like to see another option to have two holes - one for cane and one for shopping basket - or maybe have an extension on the cane post for the shopping basket. So you would have seat - cane post - then shopping basket. The armrests also seem clunky - we ended up removing them entirely.

My wife (59) has rheumatoid arthritis and has a very difficult time getting around in shopping centers and stores that do not have electric carts.

Easy to assembile and transport. Very stable with the 4 wheels.
The key is very fragile. I broke one in the lock but was able to get it out.
