Fits in my Toyota Sienna Van and protects my travel power wheelchair from the elements. Enables me to go shopping, travel and live a relatively normal life despite need for power chair.

The four supports for the middle driver wheel are a little too flimsy and easy to ride over by mistake when loading the wheelchair. Also, I had hoped I could use it for my custom Quantum Edge 2.0, but it can't handle the weight, so I had to buy a second power chair for portability and travel.

Ease of use.

The cradle for the controller should be mounted on the platform. It can be difficult to reach when the lift is fully loaded up.

Remote cord is too short, anyone who is disabled enough to need a scooter will have problems using short cord, wireless remote would be best.

Simplicity of design and function. Incredible tolerances for the lift mechanism at the rear bumper.

The installation and operation instructions were a little fuzzy on certain items.

Easy to use

One of the tools (manual override tool) would not fit but when I called was told tool would be replaced.Received e mail next workday that tool was on the way. Now thats is customer service

Easy to use. Doesn't alter the vehicle (Toyota Sienna) in any way. Functions as described. Certainly a nice to carry the scooter inside the van, away from the elements.
