EVERYBODY THAT SEE'S THEM LOVE THEM.
COMFORTABLE, I FALL ASLEEP ABOUT 5 MINUTES AFTER I LAY BACK.
MY HUSBAND USES HIS MORE THAN ME AND HIS MAKES NOISE WHEN HE USES IT. MINE DOES NOT MAKE NOISE.

It would have been very nice to have the leg rest go even higher (or back lower) so that one's feet are raised higher than the heart. I realize we could have purchased this in an infinite position chair (for much more money) but we did not need a sleeper chair or it's other features. We only wanted the feet to be a little higher than they are now. We make up for this by using pillows under the feet.
