Sister is an 80 something, female,with both knees having replacement surgery. She has fair mobility and would probably be fine in a normal home.

I like the compactness, ease of putting together and taking apart and lightness of individual pieces. It is easy to operate in all types of spaces.

Could have a little louder horn and a little more power for going up inclines. I know you can get the power by going to a higher priced unit, but it would be great to have the increased power at this price.

It tends to start with a jump even at slowest speed. This can give her pain. But it is not a major problem.

The weight and easy use of getting in and out of our minivan. I take off the seat and the battery and although I usually get help, I can do it easily myself for my husband to use. The price and delivery were excellent. Much less than buying locally.

We haven't found any weakness in this product.
