More comfortable then I thought it would be.
Comfort, white glove instalation, though expensive. Easy to use, nice fabric
I needed an extra large and it is so big it takes up the room.

Very Confortable
Quality of the build
The storage pocket that was put on the left side of chair before it was shipped did not have the elastic cord installed at the top...Pocket just lays open...Cannot keep anything in it as it falls right out!!!

60 year old male, 400+ pounds, with arthritic knees and venous stasis in both legs.
Chair is comfortable and has good back support.
I love the way the chair reclines all the way back. It feels very sturdy.
The leg/footrest needs more padding. I have to put a pillow on it to make it more comfortable.

Old age and arthritis in my knees.
Excellent quality -- comfortable lift chair
Great quality, easy to use. Not only is this a quality lift chair, but it is also extremely comfortable and a great addition to any décor.
The only thing I would say is that I would like it to fully raise the foot rest before beginning to recline -- sometimes I like to sit up straight with my feet elevated fully.

Physical disability
This chair works well with heavy people
Very strong and well built.
It seems to be great so far. The last chair we purchased lasted over 7 years before a motor burned out. So if it lasts at least 7 years it will be okay.
