This wheelchair had many great features! Swing away footplate tubes, flip back armrests, easy to fold, light enough to load and unload in/out of a vehicle, a comfortable seat cushion, and the opportunity to choose a frame color that a mother and a teenager could agree upon. And more... As a parent, I am very pleased with the everything, and I assure you that I would tell you if I were not.

I do not have any negative input. However, I do want to tell you that Barbara...the woman that helped me with my order...was polite, knowledgeable and very kind. Obviously, she is one of your best salespeople. Ordering a wheelchair is not easy...unless you are lucky enough to get someone like Barabara. Thank-you. Cindy Balterman
