Not exactly what I expected
After using this for a few days the cushion does offer excellent comfort with good support.
Very fragile top cushion cover material. On the quad cushion it is extremely difficult to access and move the equalizer shaft. The slit in the cushion front is not wide enough.

Comfortable, relieves pressure
Hopefully will prevent future pressure sores. Cushion fits my wheelchair well - I got 15" (width) x 16" (depth) for a 16 x 16" Ti-Lite chair to alow room on the sides to more easily remove the armrests.
I'm not always sure if it is properly inflated or when I need to pump in more air.

61 year old female, T 12 para incomplete spinal cord injury, left leg amputation following severe pressure sore and infection.
Takes some time to get used to, but then it works well.
Light weight, comfortable, seems durable.
Height takes lots of getting used to.

My mom is 93 and has severe lumbar stenosis and knee replacements that have worn out. She's in a chair, her wheel chair or bed all of the time.
