Arthritis and obesity
The chair is ok but not great.
The wide seat.
Not enough padding in Seat area. Could be a lot better.

My wife uses the chair. She likes the wide seat. Should have more padding in Seat area as you can feel the springs.
Great, great, great!
Heavy duty construction.
none.

6'8", 355#, need I say more?
Is a very good product and meets my expectations.
Ease of use and quality
The back up power supply. Last night we had a power failure and the lights on the controller stayed and used up the backup batteries before the chair could be lowered to the down position.

He's quite heavy and I needed a chair that could hold up under his weight. This one does very well.

Would recommend with qualification
Best quality, easy to use
Generally to hard or firm, especially the seat if the user is at risk for pressure ulcers and must be in the chair for more than an hour or two.

User in late 70’s. Has DJD of hips and knees able to walk from bed to chair. Weights 400 lb. and is in danger for skin breakdown and pressure ulcers.
We are just learning how to maneuver the chair.
Extra length is wonderful, motors seem good so far regarding quietness, etc
There should be something to hold the remote in place for someone who only has one hand. He can't reach down and get it to raise prior to sitting, the pocket is nice but too far away.he must hold his walker and then to sit he must hold on to the arm, not the remote. I think buttons should also be in the arm of the chair in addition to the remote.

My husband, massive stroke, no use of left arm or hand, able to walk a bit with Hemi walker. 6'4", 280#, unable to stand up without help.
