Wheelchair bound had sore spots using gel. cushion eliminated sores
My brother didn't realize he could be comfortable sitting...
Very good thickness and firmness of gel.
The zipper on the cover. Prisoners are not supposed to have zippers. I must have complained loud enough about him getting muscle spasms because of a lack of a quality cushion on his old chair that the warden relaxed the rules.

My brother, age 55, left leg partially paralyzed from scar tissue on the spine. Spends most of his time in his wheelchair.
Fits perfectly in her wheelchair
Appears very durable. My mother is petite and therefore very boney prominences. she has no breakdown on her back side so far.

conforms to my backside nicely.
I am a very active Double Amputee,so these cushions don't last "me" very long. Otherwise they are great.

A pressure sore that had been bothering the user for years...
It is very good quality, the cushioning for pressure points is great and it is stable in the chair-it fits arm to arm and does not slide.
It is heavy so if the user wants to take it places when visiting it is a challenge. We may order a smaller one for travel.
