Withstands its abuse by a long time w/c user. It is comfortable.

After sitting on it for a while it squishes down quite a bit on all sides. I do rotate it but it still does.That piece of plastic to prevent the seat of the chair from stretching is a joke! It cut holes in the w/c seat so I had to put duct tape on the seat right away. It doesn't stay in place. Moves from side to side and back to back. even with lots of Velcro it slips out of place. Needs to be wider and a notch cut out of it to fit the bars on the back of the w/c. Also plastic just bends it needs to be more sturdy--something of a wood base or something that doesn't bend and make holes in the w/c seat itself.

Would rather have strap to secure cushion to back of wheelchair than the stick-on Velcro method to secure the cushion; I don't try to use it.
