Awesome product, works reliably everytime, much thanks!
It is sturdy, but moveable, and enables me to take a bath for the first time in three years, which has really been a benefit for my arthritis. The motor runs smooth and lifts my whole body in and out of the bath tub. It was very easy to install.
Only one, that is the suction cups do not stick as I thought they would, but I still love this great piece of equipment. Thank you.

It is a simple blessing having a bath with my diginity.
Portable when necessary. Easily cleaned and sturdy. Simple and safe to use without another's help.
No weaknesses of the product. Our tub needs to be longer in order to stretch out my legs.

87yrs of age, inability to stand nor walk for long intervals. Baths are now a renewed luxury.
ease of use and lightweight
comfort, speed of travel, ease of use, and a perfect solution to a walk-in tub. it also gives me peace of mind knowing that the chance for slip and fall are virtually non-exisitant now
the only thing that i've seen so far is, that it is a little difficult to plug the two chords back together after recharging for an elderly person, but to be watertight i guess it has to.

i purchased the product for my mother
Bath Blis 311 works fine except the control buttons
the Bath Bliss 311 reduces the risk of falling, that's huge,it also gives me more peace of mind.the back rest reclines alowing my mother to soak her sore back.
the control buttons on the Bath Bliss 311 require to much force to operate, my mother cannot push them, I have to push them for her.
