What happens if my power wheelchair or scooter breaks down?
SpinLife is here to support you through the complete sale and this includes helping you with any problems that may arise after you receive your electric wheelchair. Contact us directly at 1-800-850-0335 and we will start by troubleshooting your problem over the phone. In most circumstances, the solution can be as simple as the flip of a switch to help get you on your way again. It is also possible to send warranty parts directly to your home in the case of a simple repair. If the problem is more challenging, we will arrange for a service technician to come to your home (included at no charge for 1 year after purchase on Pride and Golden Tech power wheelchairs.)

What happens if I want to return my power wheelchair or scooter?
If your mobility unit arrives and it does not meet your needs, you can return it within 30 days as long as the unit is unused (tires are clean and no scratches) and in the original packaging. You are responsible for freight charges. There is also a 15% restocking fee on certain units. If the wheelchair arrives damaged or there is an error in what was shipped to you, SpinLife will arrange for freight and for shipping you a new or corrected unit.

Can I take my mobility device on an airplane?
All mobility scooters and powerchairs sold at SpinLife have batteries that are "maintenance free" and are allowed on airlines. SpinLife advises that regardless of your maintenance free battery type ("gel cell" or "sealed lead acid") that you check with the airline directly to get their approval.
