The new Phoenix 4-Wheel compact Travel Scooter features a convenient, compact design and is ideal for indoor and outdoor use. It comes standard with a comfortable height adjustable, upgraded seat with flip back and adjustable width arms. With an easy to remove battery box and lightweight frame components, the Phoenix is easy to assemble and disassemble.

The Phoenix is also available in a 3-wheel model.

Strengths: This scooter is eaysy to handle. Much smoother ride than my last scooter. Feels sturdy. Clearance is better too. I like it so much I bought one for my mom.

Weaknesses: The only thing I don't like is the beeping noise it makes when backing. Because I don't like the attention it brings.

End User Desc: I have stenosis of the spine and cannot walk more than a few feet at a time. I researched travel scooters for a long time before I decided on this.

Strengths: Easy assembly. Variable speed, slow to faster. Easy turning radius. Headlight. Comfortable seat. Smooth riding.

Weaknesses: None that I have found.

Strengths: The value for the money, ease of use. It is a light scooter,not heavy like others. Easy to charge. Good looks, basket.

Weaknesses: Unable to go up inclines, no cane holder.

If you have a problem with your scooter, simply call one of our expert customer service representatives; Spinlife.com will have the parts shipped directly to you – free of charge. Every effort will be made to return your scooter to working condition in the shortest time possible. The following parts will be repaired or replaced at our discretion, free of charge, for the following allowable time periods from the date of purchase.

Lifetime: Frame

1 year: Electronic controller, drive train components

6 months: Plastic parts, rubber parts, bearing, other parts not listed, batteries (manufacturer warranty, not Drive Medical)

Exclusions include parts that will endure normal wear and tear such as:

ABS Shrouds

Tires and Tubes

Upholstery

All of the previous parts are covered for defect in material and/or workmanship in the U.S.A. New or refurbished parts may be used. Any abuse or intentional misuse of the scooter will void the warranty.

SpinLife Return Policy

This item is covered by the SpinLife "Best on the Web" 30-Day Return Policy.

As stated in the full Return Policy, this item may be returned within 30 days of receipt for a full refund as long as the following conditions are met:

The item must be returned at the customer’s expense in the original packaging.
The item must be in new condition--no cracks, scratches or dirty tires.
A Return Authorization must be requested from SpinLife within 30 days of delivery.
Once the Return Authorization has been received from SpinLife, the product must be returned within 14 days to receive a refund.
