51 year old quadriplegic male
Ordered larger tub based on knowing would use something...
Does what it needs to do, lowers safely into tube and back up which I cannot do with arthritic knees
For putting into existing tub that is not very deep, still cannot get a nice soaking bath. But still low enough to get good wash .

Poor design. Battery too heavy. Slow.
Chrome legs
Extra fixture on back legs leaves less room for legs/cramped. No light indicator for battery recharge. Battery grossly heavy.

Battery. Goes down into water deeper. Mom loves it.
