Perfect Travel System

4.8 / 5
Strengths:

The Luggie is just as described. It is easily folded up and opened up in less than a few minutes. Small battery saves weight and does indeed have a good lasting power for its size. The unit fits neatly and compactly in my trunk (2007 Honda Civic), support me and my weight well (approx. 195 lbs, 5'9" frame) and is quiet, even when under some strain. The product is fantastic for traveling and scootering distances that would otherwise be too painful to walk for a long stretch of time.

Weaknesses:

I did feel that the battery could last a tad bit longer, but having not accurately been measuring my distance, I can't pass full judgement, but I did do a lot of scootering distances through Washington, D.C. and only died right at the end of my day. The seat is more hard than super comfortable....my bottom did feel quite sore, especially after the side walks weren't necessarily the smoothest ones to ride on, but a small pad easily solves this issue. Yes, it is compact and I am young with very good strength, but it is a bit of a lift to get it up and into the car at approx 50 lbs, so if you are not too strong or steady, definitely recommend having an extra set of hands with you!

Strengths:

the turning it great and the size makes it easy to move about small spaces.

Weaknesses:

would be better if the seat was softer and if it had a key, for when you have to leave it unattended.
