The bike needs to be adjusted and tweeked by a professional.
It's comfortable and easy to ride. I really love it. I was pedaling a stationary handcycle inside year round before I purchased the Force 2. It's great to be able to exercise outside again.
The bike arrived with a damaged front exterior tire and tube. Spinlife contacted Invacare and had a replacement sent, but it took another 5 days. I paid the extra $100 for assembly before shipping which didn't seem to be worthwhile. I still had to take the bike to a bike shop to have it adjusted properly which cost $90. The main weakness with the bike design has to do with the gear cables which tend to get caught in the crank while pedaling. The bike shop tweeked this for me, but it will probably happen again and need to be adjustede again. The entire crank was loose and slipped sideways. The bike shop was able to fix this for me as well. Despite these problems I love this bike. I just would't expect to start riding it the minute it arrives.
