I'm 69 had surgery on my ankle.
Very helpful walking aid
Once you get the plastic bit that hinders turning off it turns smoothly which is great.
It's hard to fully turn around in. Also the instructions are very short with no warning that there is a plastic bit that has to be removed to turn.

Sturdy and easy to transport.
It is light weight, yet strong. It is easy to transport.
The knee rest requires additional cushioning to be comfortable. Folding the handlebars down under the seat for transport scratches the finish on the handlebars.

Great help getting around
Well built yet light weight.
Somewhat hard to steer on home carpet and rough terrain on outside (cracks, small obstacles, etc.)

Once we completed assembly and got everything
Ability to steer, brake, sturdy
Better documentation with product. In particular, identification of the screw to tighten to lock steering bar into place with wheels (no info given on this in card with directions.) Brake pads were pulling back wheels when trying to move, no instructions on how to adjust. Had to order on line as no medical supply carried in local area and so had to set up and adjust myself.
