Good quality and good price
2 motors for infinite positions
Haven't decided if it is cushy enough for comfort. Legrest could have been a little longer. Although controls are adequate it would be better if there were four controls instead of two with a slider.

Nice appearance, soft fabric cover, uncomfortable
Lays flat, multi function
Footrest doesn't raise high enough, seat hard, back uncomfortable until reclined. Disappointed that chair back is not more comfortable & footrest doesn't raise higher. Thought would like this chair more than I do.

It is HUGE when we ordered a small one
It does what it says it will do. Great fabric, nice color, easy to assemble once in place. We tell our friends how nice it is and where we got it. Shipping was right to the driveway ( we dont have a curb but he couldn't fit in the driveway.) He was very helpful and took it right to the porch for us. Overall great experience that I would do again..only sooner and for a massage model too.
We ordered a small one and this thing is HUGE. It was hard to move around because of it's size and weight. My mother was small and we wanted a smaller chair. But we found a place for it so we will keep it. We do brag on it and your service, though.

It was meant for my mother, but she died the day you shipped it. Now my double leg amputee husband might eventually use it
Why did I wait so long?
Excellent overall quality. Lift mechanism very quiet and chair is comfortable. The material will be durable and it looks like a more expensive chair than it was.
The hand-controls might be re-designed for easier use by the elderly. She was confused for a little while.

Much larger than I expected, not the color shown. It works well, her feet are about 4 inches off the floor. She likes it so I guess we'll keep it.

Great chair for comfort of elderly.
The heat and massage are the best parts besides helping her stand without straining her arms and sit without plopping down.
The remote control is intimidating for a 90 year old as well as a bit confusing even for me. If it had simple buttons with images of what each button did it would be better. But I think mother is getting the hang of it now.

Bought it for my 90 year old mother.
Love not hurting to get up from a chair!
Love the ease of operation , appearance and its looks in the room.
Seat is a little hard for my taste.

The chair is a great help in his therapy.
It helps the patient to maintain his independence.
It takes some time to master the control.

My husband has arthritis in his left hand and cannot put enough pressure on it to rise from his chair.
