Overall it is an excellent product.
The scooter has great battery power and good manuverability.
The position of the plug under the seat is a problem for me. Any disabled person who is not steady on their feet will have trouble and may fall some time. I must ask for assistance to plug the unit in and that makes me dependant. You should try to put the plug on the side or the back, not directly under the seat. easier way for the disabled.

I purchased the Active Care Spitfire 1410. There is only one thing wrong with it that I have found, and that is it bottoms out over speed bumps. It works fine if you can remember to go around them.

Very easy to use. Great Product!
Easy to dismantle for travel. Easy to reassemble. Easy to use.
Shorter range of operation than my Daytona 4 and, as in both the Spitfire and Daytona 4, it does not stop immediately but continues to roll forward just a bit when I want to stop. The Spitfire has improved in this area over the Daytona 4, however. I love them both! A bigger basket would be nice.

Great scooter and easy to maneuver.
Ease of maneuvering.
The seat is not too comfortable for me so I have to use a cushion. It is not real comfortable because the seat does not sit high enough for me and my legs are in an uncomfortable position. But that is minor and I will adjust. Otherwise I am pleased. It is not a chair you would want to use exclusively in the house.
