JOB PURPOSE:

The Accounts Payable Clerk analyzes accounts payable transactions to ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting policies. In this role, you’ll assist with accounts payable, general ledger and vendor relationship related activities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintains and reconciles accounts payable ledger and prepares management reports.
• Analyzes and resolves discrepancies in billings and payments.
• Assists with monthly and quarterly reporting packages.
• Assists with coding and entering invoices and payables into accounting system.
• Maintains appropriate communication with AP Supervisor through processing to identify and address potential delays.
• Assists with other information requests across the organization as needed.
• Tracks invoices for approval as required.
• Responsible for processing payments and responding to vendor inquiries.
• Performs other related duties as required and assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Degree in Accounting, or other related field, or the equivalent work experience is required.
• 3 - 5 years of experience preferred
• Strong Excel Skills
• Experience working in an ecommerce industry.
• Ability to remain focused while handling multiple tasks, responsibilities, and projects.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• This is a Full-Time Hybrid position. This position is expected to be in the office one day per week during standard working hours. Occasional long hours are required as needed.

SpinLife Field Service Technician

SpinLife is looking for qualified Durable Medical Equipment Field Service Technicians who meet the following requirements:

Must be able to provide repairs on:

• Mobility Scooters
• Power Wheelchairs
• Lift Chairs

Preferred to be able to provide repairs on:

• Hospital Beds
• Patient Lifts
• Vehicle Lifts

Job Requirements:

• Must have relevant electro-mechanical skills and experience
• DME/HME product repair experience is a requirement
• Manufacturer service training
• Ability to effectively communicate via phone and email
• Ability to provide quick and courteous service
• Willingness to comply with and sign the SpinLife FST agreement, W-9 form and complete a brief assessment.
