The Model F weighs in at 58.9 lbs. with the batteries included which is less than almost any scooter or power wheelchair. The 30.7” turning radius not only bests any 4-wheel scooter, but also any 3-wheel scooter. Only a couple of substantially smaller power wheelchairs have a tighter turning radius.

Return Policy
Trial Terms:
- You must contact SpinLife within 7 days of your chair being delivered to request a return authorization (RA) to qualify for the free trial. After 7 days, your return falls under the standard return policy and conditions.
- A shipping label will be emailed to you shortly after requesting the RA.
- Repackage your chair in the original box.
- Follow the instructions on the shipping email to arrange for a pick-up.
- Your return must be shipped back within 10 days of receiving the shipping label.
- Upon return and inspection of your chair you will be issued a full refund. *Minus any premium delivery service charges if those were selected at time of purchase such as white glove delivery service
Trail Conditions:
- Chair must be shipped back in the original packaging. Packaging can be purchased at an additional cost.
- All accessories, chargers and items that were included in the box must be returned.
- Chair should be in new condition with no marks, scratches, dirt or visible signs of use.
- Premium delivery fees are not refundable.
- The item must be shipped back to the address noted on the RA within 10 days.
- Once returned and inspected, your refund will be issued to your original form of payment
If the 7 day window has passed, the standard return policy below applies:
- This item has a 20% Restocking Fee.
- You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. The product must new and unused and in the original packaging.
- All accessories and items that were included in the box must be returned.
- Items canceled after the product has already shipped will be considered a return.
- Delivery and service fees are not refundable.
- Mattresses ordered with beds are non-returnable.
- Custom-made by the manufacturer to suit your specific needs are non-returnable.
- An RA (Return Authorization) from SpinLife must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
- The item must be shipped back to the address noted on the RA within 15 days.
- Once approved, your refund, minus any restocking and freight fees, will be issued to your original form of payment.
