Overview
The Go Go Elite Traveller scooter offers easy disassembly, a lightweight frame and a super tight 33-inch turning radius on the 3-Wheel and 44-inch on the 4-Wheel! Versatile and easy to handle, the heaviest piece for the 3-wheel weighs only 28 lbs and 4-wheel weighs only 34 lbs for easy loading in the car. The Elite Traveller has a delta tiller, and features an extra charging port located up on the tiller for easy access. Interchangeable blue or red panels and 12 AH batteries are standard. Also available in SpinLife Exclusive Arctic White with Camel Seat. The Elite Traveller features anti-tips on the back for extra security and has a maximum weight capacity of 300 lbs.

What You Need to Know When Ordering
For extra protections purchase a 2 or 3 Year-In-Home Service warranty for hassle-free maintenance just a phone call away. If you experience a problem with your scooter during the first twelve months, simply call SpinLife to arrange for a technician to come to your home for diagnosis and repair.
Required assembly upon delivery includes attaching the seat (and any accessories) and charging the batteries for 8-12 hours prior to use.
Although the scooter is easy to assemble and disassemble, it will arrive in a single heavy box.
For users who require extra assistance in unpacking and setting up their scooter a White Glove Delivery Service is available. With this option, your scooter is brought into your home, set up, tested and all packaging material is removed.

For the lifetime of your product from the date of purchase, Pride will repair or replace at our option to the original purchaser, free of charge, any of the following parts found upon examination by an authorized representative of Pride to be defective in material and/or workmanship: Structural Frame Components, including:
•Main Frame - Fork - Seat Post - Tiller Frame
TWO-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY
For two (2) years from the date of purchase, Pride will repair or replace at our option to the original purchaser, free of charge, any of the following parts found upon examination by an authorized representative of Pride to be defective in material and/or workmanship:
•Transaxle
•Brake
•Bushings
•Bearings
•Motor Brake (electronic function ONLY)
Also, electronic assemblies including:
•Electronic Controllers
•Chargers
•Harnesses
•Any Other Electrical Subassembly
SIX-MONTH WARRANTY
The battery is covered by a separate six-month warranty, provided by the battery manufacturer. The batteries are not warranted by Pride.
RECONDITIONED UNITS WARRANTY
All reconditioned units are covered by a six-month warranty from Pride effective from the date of purchase.
WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS This warranty does not extend to those items which may require replacement due to normal wear and tear.
•ABS Plastic Shrouds
•Motor Brushes
•Upholstery and Seating
•Brake Pads
•Tires and Tubes
•Fuses/Bulbs
•Circumstances beyond the control of Pride
•Labor, service calls, shipping, and other charges incurred for repair of the product, unless specifically authorized, IN ADVANCE, by Pride Mobility Products
•Repairs and/or modifications made to any part without specific consent from Pride
Exclusions also include components with damage or failure caused by:
•Contamination
•Abuse, misuse, accident, or negligence
•Battery fluid spillage or leakage
•Use other than normal design specifications
•Improper operation, maintenance, or storage
NOTE: If there is an increase in the operational noise level in the transaxle, the warranty does not apply. An increase in operational noise level usually occurs due to abusive and excessive strain on the scooter.
NOTE: Gradual deterioration in performance because the battery has been left in a discharged state, left in cold conditions for an extended period of time, or worn out through heavy use is not covered.

Return Policy
- The following conditions apply:
- This item has a 20% Restocking Fee.
- You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. The product must new and unused and in the original packaging.
- All accessories and items that were included in the box must be returned.
- Items canceled after the product has already shipped will be considered a return.
- Delivery and service fees are not refundable.
- Mattresses ordered with beds are non-returnable.
- Custom-made by the manufacturer to suit your specific needs are non-returnable.
- An RA (Return Authorization) from SpinLife must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
- The item must be shipped back to the address noted on the RA within 15 days.
- Once approved, your refund, minus any restocking and freight fees, will be issued to your original form of payment.
