Overview
The Phoenix 4-wheel travel scooter combines a 350 lb. weight capacity with the take-apart portability of a travel scooter. The 4-wheel design and anti-tip wheels assist with overall stability for a more secure experience. This scooter also has a height-adjustable seat with flip-back and adjustable-width arms to accommodate varying body types. The seat also helps with portability by folding flat and allowing for easier transporting or storage. Your Phoenix 4-Wheel scooter can easily and quickly disassemble into five pieces.
What Makes This Different
The Phoenix 4-Wheel has been ergonomically designed to help you find the perfect positioning from which to operate your scooter. The seat is height-adjustable to ease any unnecessary stress on your knees and legs. The seat also swivels and can lock its position in 45 degree increments. The Phoenix is available in two seats widths. The standard seat is 18” wide by 17” deep and for those who need a bit more room, a larger seat of 20” wide x 16” deep is available. Both seats fold down for easy storage and transport. The adjustable angle tiller has an automatic straightening feature, helping you to position yourself comfortably into your favorite driving position. The controls are also designed to assist those with strength or dexterity problems by providing an ergonomic throttle that can be controlled using just one finger.
Why We Like It
Interchangeable color shrouds and a variety of options allow you to personalize and customize your scooter to meet you likes and needs. The Phoenix comes with color panels that can be switched out for a change in color. A front basket and headlight are standard and two 22 AH batteries are included for a great driving range.
What You Need to Know When Ordering
Curbside delivery is free. Your Phoenix scooter will arrive with model number PhoenixLT as that is the model number with Drive Mobility. The scooter does have an HD weight capacity of 305 lbs. Your Phoenix will arrive disassembled in one large, heavy box. Portable scooters are meant to go together easily for transport. No tools are required and the 5 pieces click together. However, if you think you may need assistance with carrying, unpacking and assembling your new scooter, you may choose our White Glove Delivery to have it brought to your home and assembled by certified technicians.
You have the option to purchase extended service plan to 2 or 3 years for an additional charge. While you are covered by a service contract, if you experience a problem with your scooter, simply call SpinLife to arrange for a technician to come to your home for diagnosis and repair.

If you have a problem with your scooter, simply call one of our expert customer service representatives; Spinlife.com will have the parts shipped directly to you - free of charge. Every effort will be made to return your scooter to working condition in the shortest time possible. The following parts will be repaired or replaced at our discretion, free of charge, for the following allowable time periods from the date of purchase.
Lifetime Limited Warranty - Product Frame, Seat Post, Platform, Frame Welds
24 Months Limited Warranty - Electronic Controller, Motor/Gearbox Assembly
12 Month Warranty - Batteries
The following are warranted to be free of defects in materials and workmanship at time of delivery and are not included in any additional warranties:
Plastic Shrouds and Footrests, Upholstery and Seating, Armrest Pads, Tires and Tubes, Anti-Tip Wheels, Floor Mats, Plastic Connections, Metal Connection Pins, Hardware, Nuts and Bolts, Brake Pads, Front Rigging Mounting Brackets and any other piece that is not listed in the above warranty.
The warranty does not apply if the unit has been altered in any way, misuse or accident has occurred, batteries were not properly stored, exceeding the weight limit of the unit and acts of nature.
New or refurbished parts may be used.

- The following conditions apply:
- This item has a 20% Restocking Fee.
- You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. The product must new and unused and in the original packaging.
- All accessories and items that were included in the box must be returned.
- Items canceled after the product has already shipped will be considered a return.

- An RA (Return Authorization) from SpinLife must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
