Free Standard Residential Delivery
Lift Chairs ship via freight carrier and be delivered to your doorstep, driveway, or nearest accessible location. The freight carrier will call you directly to schedule a convenient time for delivery, and someone must be home to sign for the package.
Please note, freight carriers cannot deliver over steps. Free Standard Delivery does not include set-up or removal of packing materials. For these features, please consider White Glove Delivery or Tech Set-Up.
Inside Delivery
Delivered by a freight carrier and brought over the threshold inside your home (ground-level only). If the threshold inside your home is not at ground-level, your chair will be delivered inside your garage. The carrier will call you directly to schedule a convenient time for delivery.
The freight carrier will not deliver the product up any stairs or ramps nor will they unpack the product to fit through doors. To ensure that Inside Delivery is an option for you, please measure the door to your home (ground-level) to ensure that it is at least 36” wide (the standard width of most boxes). If your doorway is not large enough to accommodate a box of this size, please consider White Glove Delivery.
White Glove Delivery is a premium delivery option that provides added convenience of having your unit unpacked.
