The freight carrier will not deliver the product up any stairs or ramps nor will they unpack the product to fit through doors. To ensure that Inside Delivery is an option for you, please measure the door to your home (ground-level) to ensure that it is at least 36” wide (the standard width of the box).
SpinLife Certified Tech Set-Up (Includes Inside Delivery) is a premium delivery option that provides added convenience and peace of mind. The freight company will bring the box containing your Scooter inside your home or garage as long as the box fits through the door. The box will not be taken up any stairs, ramps or elevators; delivery is ground level only. Once your scooter has been delivered, a trained local technician will call you directly to schedule a convenient time to unpack and set-up your new scooter.
