Free Standard Residential Delivery

Lift Chairs ship via freight carrier and be delivered to your doorstep, driveway, or nearest accessible location. The freight carrier will call you directly to schedule a convenient time for delivery, and someone must be home to sign for the package.

Please note, freight carriers cannot deliver over steps. Free Standard Delivery does not include set-up or removal of packing materials. For these features, please consider White Glove Delivery or Tech Set-Up.

Inside Delivery

Inside Delivery is an upgraded delivery option for Pride Lift Chairs, your chair will be delivered by a freight carrier and brought inside your home (ground-level only). The carrier will call you directly to schedule a convenient time for delivery.

Please note:  All chairs are delivered in the "knock-down" position meaning the back is not attached to the seat.  The freight carrier cannot carry your lift chair up any stairs, ramps or into an apartment nor will they unpack the lift chair to fit through doors. To ensure that Inside Delivery is an option for you, please measure the door to your home (ground-level) to ensure that it is at least 36” wide (the standard width of the box for a small to medium sized chair, larger sized chairs are shipped in a 38"-44" wide box). If your doorway is not large enough to accommodate a box of this size or you need assistance with set-up please consider White Glove Delivery.

White Glove Delivery

White Glove Delivery is a premium delivery option that provides added convenience of having your unit unpacked.

A delivery technician will call and set up the delivery time.  The delivery technician will:

White Glove Delivery adds an additional 5-7 days to the total delivery time. This service may not be available in all areas, you will be notified within 72 hours if we are unable to provide this service.
