Large items will ship via freight carrier and be delivered to your doorstep, driveway, or nearest accessible location. The freight carrier will call you directly to schedule a convenient time for delivery.
Please note, freight carriers cannot deliver over steps. Free Standard Delivery does not include set-up or removal of packing materials. For these features, please consider White Glove Delivery or Tech Set-Up.
With White Glove Delivery your bed will be shipped to a local delivery agent in your area, who will call ahead to schedule a convenient time to bring the bed to your home, unpack and assemble it and make sure it is in working order. The White Glove Agent will also remove all packing materials from your home for you.
