Many items ship FedEx or UPS and will be delivered to your doorstep.
Large Pride Power Wheelchairs will ship via freight carrier and be delivered to your doorstep, driveway, or nearest accessible location. The freight carrier will call you directly to schedule a convenient time for delivery, and someone must be home to sign for the package.
Please note, freight carriers cannot deliver over steps. Free Standard Delivery does not include set-up or removal of packing materials. For these features, please consider White Glove Delivery or Tech Set-Up.
Threshold Delivery Your Pride unit is delivered by a freight carrier and brought over the threshold inside your home, ground-level only. The freight carrier will not deliver the product up any stairs or ramps nor will they unpack the product to fit through doors. To ensure that Inside Delivery is an option for you, please measure the door to your home (ground-level) to ensure that it is at least 36” wide (the standard width of the box). The carrier will call you directly to schedule a convenient time for delivery.
Choose this option to have your Pride Go-Chair delivered to a local agent who will inspect it for damage, unbox and assemble it. They will phone you directly to make an appointment to deliver your chair into your home, set it up where requested and all packaging materials will be removed. Your power wheelchair will be in working order when they leave. White Glove Delivery adds 5 – 7 days to the expected delivery time. Additional charges apply. Choose White Glove Delivery if you live on a small, rural road or area where a semi-truck cannot turn around.
Please note: White Glove Delivery agents are not permitted to conduct patient training on equipment
