Large items will ship via freight carrier and be delivered to your doorstep, driveway, or nearest accessible location. The freight carrier will call you directly to schedule a convenient time for delivery.
Please note, freight carriers cannot deliver over steps. Free Standard Delivery does not include set-up or removal of packing materials. For these features, please consider White Glove Delivery or Tech Set-Up.
White Glove Delivery is a premium delivery option that provides added convenience and peace of mind. With White Glove Delivery, your new bed is shipped to a trained agent in your area where it is inspected for damage. The local agent then calls you directly to schedule a convenient delivery time.
Please note: White Glove Delivery adds an additional 5-7 days to the total delivery time. This service may not be available in all areas, you will be notified within 72 hours if we are unable to provide this service.
