Idea to replace a pile of 3-4 pillows is great.

Age 75 Female of short stature with short torso and legs; this is negative, as this wedge seems adjusted for a taller person with longer legs.
Perfect for recovery and relieves pain swelling.

Had total knee replacement and ankle surgery. It's really comfortable and relieves the swelling in my ankle.
Angle is a little sharp
It feels very well-made and durable. Overall impression is very good -- I'm still using it nightly despite some sizing issues which should speak to the overall quality.
For most users I think it'll be just fine, but it's a little bit off for me for three main reasons. 1: Size. I'm pretty tall at 6'2" and it's a little bit small on the length-aspect. Easily remedied by adding a pillow on either end. 2: Angle. Once again, this is on me kind of, you need probably about 30-45* of knee flexion to really love the angle of the slope, and my leg doesn't really do that. Once again though, an extra pillow on top sorts that out pretty well. 3: A bit slippery. If you have a footboard on your bed, you're all set. If not, you might be chasing the wedge periodically as it slides away.

this Nova Wedge is an excellent, firm support to elevate the leg and foot, or to support my back when lying on it.
