Male, 76 years old, Stroke survivor (14 1/2 yrs) Recently had device installed. Have not had needed to use it yet.
Easy to install
Has an RF remote which makes it easy to use from my chair while my wife loads the groceries in the van.
I had to choose the EZ Lite Cruzer for my chair because they did not list the Foldawheel PW-999UL as a model for choosing this lift. I did not know your chair model changed the type of tie downs used on your chair. The EZ Lite is more tubular and the lift has four straps to lock it down. A single seat belt style like used for the jazzy or other chair would have been better. The straps have hooks and are a pain in the patootie to use. We use only two of the straps and hook them across the seat. The only other problem was installing it in a Dodge Grand Caravan they leave out the step they insist is there about leaving the spare tire bolt uncovered to drop the spare. We figured out how to do it but it is not easy to drop the tire with the lift installed. We ended up yanking the spare out from under the van and it has room next to the lift behind the seat to carry it. Much easier for AAA to reach.

I use a wheelchair because I have vertigo and a bad hip which puts me at a risk of falling.
