    Gel has settled in one area, making the pad useless.

    The gel packet bunches up.

    Weaknesses:

    The gel packet does not stay spread over the entire cushion. It bunches up on one side or the other of the cushion. There is nothing to keep this from happening. This is the 2nd cushion we've had that did this.
